✳Meet your teacher

A personal practice. A shared welcome.

I am Chris. I came to yoga in my thirties, and it became a practice I wanted to share.

About Chris

There is more than one way to practise.

Blocks, straps, cushions and bolsters can make a real difference. I encourage people to work with their body and let the practice be their own.

My own practice has included Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin. Yin in particular helped me appreciate the value of slowing down and making room to notice how we feel.

That spirit shapes Yoga Inclusive: a welcoming place to explore movement, use support when you need it and find your own way into a pose.

There is a place for you.
